Can the new Xbox 360 250GB play old Xbox Games?

Can the new Xbox, the Xbox Slim, play old Xbox games? Like the very first Xbox games, not 360. From the Original Xbox, the huge one, the big black box called the Xbox. NOT the 360 Games, the very first Xbox games. People do not read this, I am trying to make sure you fully understand my question

Yes, it will support the same list as the current backwards compatable (original) XBOX.
